Welcome to Playzone Bowling & Amusement (“Playzone,” “we,” “our” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of playzonebowlingandamusement.com (the “Site”) and your participation in our services, events and communications. By using the Site or our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Site

The Site and its content are provided for general information and promotional purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with how it works, or try to access areas or data you are not authorized to access. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.

2. Services, bookings and prices

Playzone offers bowling, laser tag, arcade games, billiards, food and drinks, parties, events and related activities. Bookings, party packages, events and promotions may have additional terms shown when you book or buy.

Prices, menus, hours, deals and event details shown on the Site may change without notice and may contain errors. The price and terms shown at checkout or confirmed by our staff apply. Deals cannot be combined with other offers unless we say otherwise.

3. Events and 21+ nights

Some events and times are for guests 21 and older only. A valid photo ID is required, and we may refuse entry to anyone who cannot show one. Event lineups, times and prices are set by us and our partners and may change or be canceled.

4. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to book or buy our services where the law requires it. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us.

5. Payments, refunds and cancellations

Online bookings and payments are processed by our booking provider, ROLLER, and their terms may also apply. Any deposit, refund or cancellation policy for a booking, party or event will be shown when you book and will apply to that booking.

6. Conduct and safety

Taking part in Playzone activities is voluntary and at your own risk. Please follow posted rules and staff instructions. We may refuse service to, or remove, anyone who behaves in an unsafe, disruptive or unlawful way.

7. Intellectual property

The text, graphics, logos, photos, videos and other content on the Site belong to Playzone or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, change or create works from our content without our written permission.

8. Third-party links and services

The Site links to third-party websites and services for bookings, payments, maps, social media and email. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Your use of them is at your own discretion and subject to their terms.

9. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Playzone and its owners, employees and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or use, arising from or related to your use of the Site or our services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Playzone and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site or our services.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, as shown by the “Last updated” date. If you keep using the Site or our services after changes are posted, you accept the updated Terms.
