Playzone Bowling & Amusement (“Playzone,” “we,” “our” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit playzonebowlingandamusement.com (the “Site”), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us

Contact and party inquiry forms: your name, email address, phone number, the topic or type of event, your preferred date, group size and anything you write in your message.
Email signups: your name (optional), email address, the topics you choose (for example deals, nightlife or leagues), whether you confirmed you are 21 or older, and whether you signed up from the English or Spanish version of the Site.
Text message signups (chat widget): when you use the chat widget on the Site, your name, mobile phone number, date of birth, the message you write, and whether you agreed to receive text messages.
Job applications: your name, email address, phone number, the position you’re interested in, your availability, whether you are 18 or older, and anything you tell us about yourself. We use this only to consider you for a job.
Bookings and purchases: when you book or buy online, you do so through our booking provider, ROLLER. The details you enter there (such as your name, contact details and payment information) are collected by ROLLER. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

Information collected automatically

Technical information: like most websites, our servers record basic information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the date and time of your visit. This helps us keep the Site secure and working.
Cookies and similar technologies: small files stored on your device. The Site uses cookies that are needed for it to work (for example, to remember your language choice and to protect our forms from spam) and, where noted below, for analytics. The chat widget on the Site, provided by LeadConnector, may also use cookies or similar technologies to work.

How we use your information

To answer your questions and plan your party or event.
To send you deals, event news and other updates only if you ask to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
To send emails in your preferred language and about the topics you chose.
To send you promotional text messages, such as deals and event news, only if you agree to receive them, and to answer questions you send through the chat widget. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.
To take bookings and payments through ROLLER.
To run, secure and improve the Site.
To comply with the law and protect our rights, our guests and our staff.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run Playzone, and only as needed for them to do that work:

Campaign Monitor: sends our emails and manages our mailing list. See Campaign Monitor’s privacy policy.
ROLLER: our online booking and payment system. See ROLLER’s privacy policy.
BowlNow, LeadConnector and Twilio: BowlNow runs our text-message program and the chat widget on the Site. It uses LeadConnector and Twilio to collect the details you submit and to send and deliver text messages.
Google: the Site loads fonts from Google Fonts and may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site. See Google’s privacy policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Spam protection: our forms may use a security check (such as Cloudflare Turnstile) to block spam and abuse.
Our website host, which stores the Site and form submissions on secure servers.

Text messaging: We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share this information only with the service providers listed above, to send our messages.

We may also share information if the law requires it, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Playzone, our guests or others.

Links to other websites

The Site links to other websites, such as Instagram, Google Maps and our ROLLER booking pages. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to read their policies.

How long we keep information

We keep form submissions for as long as we need them to respond to you and run our business, we keep your email address on our mailing list until you unsubscribe, and we keep your mobile number on our text-message list until you opt out. We may keep some information longer when the law requires it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No website or online service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s privacy

Playzone is a family-friendly place, but the Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices

Emails: unsubscribe at any time with the link at the bottom of any email, or contact us.
Text messages: reply STOP to any text message to opt out, or reply HELP for help. You can also contact us using the details below. Message and data rates may apply.
Access, correction and deletion: you can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below.
Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the Site may not work properly without them.
Analytics and chat tracking: use the “Your Privacy Choices” link at the bottom of any page to turn off Google Analytics and the chat widget’s visit tracking on your device. We also honor the Global Privacy Control signal if your browser sends it.

Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. There is no common standard for how websites should respond to it, so the Site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Please check back occasionally.
